Green screen… GONE.
Live@5… GONE.
Keri… Gone Explorin’!!
This is, I think, a good move on your part. Now with that said, it doesn’t mean that current events, news of the day, etc can’t give your daily vid a theme once in a while! But go explore and let us know what you see and what you think. That’s what makes you you! And that’s cool.
I don’t know about other folks, but I think that maybe – just maybe – there might still be a use for the green screen. Or if not the green screen, then at least some deeper exploring. How about every other week (or so) you do a more in-depth ‘exploration’ … something that would take more than a couple of minutes to talk about… like your Navy pieces! Maybe it would be behind the scenes at the Tor Zoo, or on a hovercraft, or something along those lines. ;-)
(BTW… I’m still expecting to see ‘100 words’ each day, and I’ll toss out some ideas for that! here are a couple… 100 words on elevators. 100 words on going to the dentist. 100 words on the Canada Goose coat phenom. 100 words on packing for a long trip. 100 words on how many winter Olympic sports there are.)
PR Jack – Yup, you’re not the only one to tell me this, that it’s good I deleted the ‘ole "Live @5".
And agreed – yes my stuff can still be topical and news-oriented sometimes, when it’s right. Back to basics: exploring. And yup, I left the green screen studio set up and will likely use it again one day, when it’s correct to do so.
Re: doing more in-depth explorations – oh I’d love to, the thing is they are so very time consuming. Like, the Navy one was 3 full days away then 60+ hours just editing. So ya. I’ve gotta dream up a system for that.
And re: 100 words… HOLY CRAP I totally forgot I was supposed to do that today. Kay thanks for the possible topics, I’ll use some of those this week. Good sharing ;)
