  • The Jerseys are Coming

    may 12 2009

Hopefully this week… as in my cycling team’s uniform, the ones with my logo “in three places: one on each shoulder and one on the back, and my URL too.”.  That’s what’s being said in the screenshot on the left, en route to the first race.

I’m also telling you about my plan to turn mine into a dress with crinoline and it’s too bad they weren’t printed yet.  On the right is on the way home, and here I’m explaining everything turned out just fine.

Definitely will be wearing the jacket everywhere… my logo walking around doing stuff in the real world?  And those pockets on the back so no purse needed?  Pure sick.

  • What About This Design?

    may 12 2009

Stick the latest episode top right where the profile photo is, and move the blog up above the fold?

So many times I’ve been told my site is tough to navigate and it’s making me nuts.  And notice how I’m dragging my heels on the ads?  Sure my pitch is “subtle” but still, I’m probably gonna have to cave a little, I know I know.

  • Meet Quatchi

    may 12 2009
He’s 1 of our 3 mascots for the upcoming Olympics.  A Sasquatsch and his good pals Miga the Sea Bear and Sumi the Animal Spirit, cool eh!  Right now this one is sealed in an envelope ready for shipping.
And on an unrelated note… Stiv – a formal apology here that I’m so behind.  Coming soon, swear.
  • Why I Like Parkour

    may 11 2009

On the left was taken while sitting at a red light.  See, it would have just used to be a fence around a parking lot, but with my new eyes it’s an easy hop over using those railway ties there.  Same thing for the photo on the right.  Fences and trees I’m okay at.  But see how it makes you look at things differently?

And to me parkour is real-life-fit… you know, versus gym-fit… see:

Imagine I took a set of twins, gave Bill manual labour to do for three months, and gave Phil a dumbbell and gym routine to do for the same.  Then at the end of the 90 days I pitted them against each other in a snow shoveling competition, Bill would win for sure.
